Strategic Plan Update from CEO David Hurford

In October, we invited our most important stakeholders to provide feedback on key elements of a renewed strategic plan for the Three Links Care Society that would lead us to 2020 and beyond. Since then we have hosted individual meetings, a community open house with our Family Advisory Committee and conducted an online survey that received over 100 responses.

We want to thank all of those who took time to provide feedback on our plans and some of the capital improvements we are making to our technology systems, nursing station and front entrance. Your perspective and suggestions will help shape our organization for years to come.

The survey results we published two weeks ago are guiding our efforts to finalize a strategic plan we look forward to sharing with you early in the New Year. To guide the implementation, our management team will develop a comprehensive work plan over the holidays and first weeks of 2018. This will be supported by a three-year budget that ensures resources are available to implement the strategic plan’s action items.

The result will be a continuous process of reporting and stakeholder engagement with you that will include the publication of an annual performance report starting in the fall of 2018.
