Food service, quality and preparation is always a top priority for Three Links. Our specialities are the daily-made homemade soup, fresh muffins and delicious cakes. Our cooks prepare most of our food from scratch in our state-of-the-art kitchen facility and we serve a variety of ethnic foods. Some of our other resident favorites are:

roast beef; roast turkey; roast lamb
homemade chicken pot pie
chicken chow mein and pot stickers
lasagna and pasta with meat sauce
chili and cabbage rolls

We go out of our way to accommodate any special dietary needs such as diabetic, calorie reducing and renal diet. We employ a dietician on staff to assist residents and care staff with their clinical nutritional assessments.

Our Three Links team serves three full meals/day and two snacks. With our sleep-in program, we offer flexible breakfast service from 8:00-10:00am each day with a continental breakfast to follow from 10:00am to noon.

Menu notes:

Porridge/Toast/Cereal and Pureed Super Porridge are available for breakfast every day and are indicated as “Daily Items” on the menu.
All lunch and dinner items are available cut up; minced and pureed options are also always available.

Note that Alternate items are available at every meal.

Snacks are served daily in the afternoon and before bedtime. These include fresh fruit, muffins, cheese, cake and cookies.
