In addition to reflecting feedback we received from you, this plan builds on a strong foundation of success and marks our 35<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary of providing excellent health and housing services in Vancouver\u2019s Renfrew Collingwood neighbourhood.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/threelinks.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Strategic-Plan-Jan-18-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read our Three Links Strategic Plan: Vision 2020<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In early 2017, Three Links Board and management team initiated a strategic planning process to guide our organization\u2019s growth to 2020 \u2013 and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>This inclusive process was based on the results of previous strategic planning initiatives and survey results from our team of staff, volunteers, contracted service providers and community partners.<\/p>\n<p>All agree that as our population continues to age and seniors\u2019 care challenges become more complex, the demand for Three Links\u2019 quality and professional service will continue to grow.<\/p>\n<p>Through this engagement process, Three Links has renewed our mission and identified six (6) strategic priorities that builds on our strengths, and anticipates opportunities and risk:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>continuously improving quality of life and complex care services<\/li>\n<li>developing and nurturing a quality team<\/li>\n<li>strengthening governance<\/li>\n<li>promoting innovation<\/li>\n<li>communication and community engagement<\/li>\n<li>effective housing management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To implement the three-year strategy, our leadership team will develop a comprehensive work plan that will be guided by these 6 priorities and three-year budget.<\/p>\n<p>Over the next 6 months, we will begin implementing many of the action items identified in the strategy and prioritize a series of performance indicators.<\/p>\n<p>The result will be a continuous process of reporting and stakeholder engagement over the next three years and publication of annual performance reports starting this Fall.<\/p>\n<p>Three Links will continue to invite your active participation in the implementation of this plan over the coming years and we look forward to your ongoing feedback.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Further to the team and stakeholder engagement process we initiated in 2017, we are pleased to present Three Links\u2019 new three-year strategic plan.
