Three Links Manor Information

Three Links Manor is a friendly, neighbourhood apartment complex which is government subsidized and operated by Three Links Care Society and BC Housing. Located at the corner of Renfrew and East 22nd Avenue, and across the street from the Three Links Care Centre, Three Links Manor consists of 39 bachelor and one bedroom units with two common area rooms and a brand new dining area/multi-purpose room on the main floor. The Manor is within walking distance of Renfrew Park Community Centre, the Vancouver Public Library – Renfrew Branch, Renfrew/Collingwood Seniors Centre and Three Links Care Centre. Bus stops at all four corners make it easy to access nearby shops and services.

In our continued efforts to support independent living for seniors, Three Links Care Society and BC Housing introduced ‘Seniors’ Supportive Housing’ at Three Links Manor on May 1, 2010.

To qualify for Seniors Supportive Housing at Three Links Manor, applicants must be 55-plus, and/or may have a disability requiring support services which will allow them to continue to live independently. If they wish, these tenants may access home support and other services through the community. 

All new rental applications to Three Links Manor will be exclusively for Supportive Housing.  Tenants living at the Manor prior to May 1, 2010 have the option of transfering to Supportive Housing or remain in their current rental arrangements.
