For those with a limited budget, Odd Fellows Manor offers a clean, comfortable and well looked after apartment with a caretaker to look after maintenance needs. Rents are below market rates, and includes laundry, cable, heat and hot water.
Odd Fellows Manor is a 44 unit complex made up of bachelor and one bedroom suites. The North side of the building features stunning views overlooking the North Shore mountains and more than half the suites have balconies.

To apply for residency at the Odd Fellows Manor, you must be 55-plus and be able to live independently within the building. Some tenants do receive community home support services. Apply for a rental suite.
